I started this program after teaching for a couple of years and realizing the need for a program to promote positivity among young ladies after seeing how they interacted with one another. While completing my bachelors degree at Shippensburg University, I was in charge of a women’s empowerment group so I knew right away starting Conversation with Little Ladies LLC was my purpose. I hope to enrich as many young ladies as I can through nurturing them with encouragement and supportive workshops.
